Melanie Cook


Welcome to my website!


I have been a licensed California Realtor since 2014. I am committed to my clients and passionate about the success of their Real Estate transactions. Utilizing the latest technologies, business strategies, market research, and experience, my goal is to exceed your expectations and provide exceptional service. My background includes a Business/Marketing Management degree from The University of Southern California (Fight On!). My resume includes Marketing and Management experience at major Advertising Agencies and Corporations. As my client, you will know I am fully committed to your success, whether you are buying or selling. We will begin by outlining your needs and priorities. I will advocate and negotiate aggressively on your behalf and utilize my extensive local market knowledge for the best outcome. My clients are guided throughout their transaction with outstanding and frequent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and detailed support. 


I have lived, worked, and raised my family in this wonderful area for over 25 years. I love it, and I am a great resource for people moving to the area. I have been very involved in the community and strongly believe in giving back. Over the years, my volunteer activities have included the local schools, youth sports programs, and supporting many community service organizations. I am also committed to continuing to learn, grow, and adapt to our rapidly changing market and world. My membership in The Placer County, California, and National Associations of Realtors provides many resources and opportunities. I am a Master's Club Lifetime Member with the Placer County Association of Realtors, which recognizes the top 15% of Realtors. I am a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, a Certified Member of the Luxury Home Marketing Institute, and a Short Sale/Foreclosure Specialist. Some of the aspects I love about Real Estate are simplifying the complexity, successfully project managing multiple priorities, and problem solving as new situations arise. 


For me, the best aspect of Real Estate is the relationships that are created with Clients, other Realtors, and Vendors. I truly believe I have the best clients! I keep in touch with them, and it is such an honor to participate in their lives. Many have become dear friends. Having a strong reputation and a good relationship with other Realtors is also important. It contributes to a smoother transaction and allows networking opportunities for off-market properties. I also have a Preferred Partner team of professional resources and vendors available for my clients throughout the Buying and Selling process and beyond. 


My business is built on relationships and referrals, not "the deal". Every client is a priority for me, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
